Teacher Training Program (Flagship)

At Let’s Talk Consulting, we believe teachers are not just educators, they are nation-builders.

A great teacher shapes not just the classroom, but the future. That’s why our Teacher Training Program (TTP) goes far beyond theory. It is a Government-approved 3-year degree program designed to combine academic depth, practical skills, and real-world classroom experience from day one.

Unlike traditional programs where training is delayed, our students begin their internships in Year 1. This ensures that they learn, practice, and refine their skills simultaneously, bridging the gap between what you study and what you do.

Our flagship TTP isn’t just a qualification. It’s a launchpad for those who dream of making an impact in schools, preschools, and beyond.

Program Highlights

At Let’s Talk Consulting, our Teacher Training Program is not just a degree, it’s a doorway to a meaningful and future-ready career. Whether you’re a student fresh out of school, a graduate exploring your calling, or someone looking to restart your career, we’ve designed clear pathways so you can step into teaching with confidence.

Foundation Pathway (For Students After 10th)

If you’ve just finished your 10th, why wait to begin your journey?

The Foundation Pathway is your chance to step into the world of teaching early, while continuing your studies.

Students receive basic stipends or structured internships and are mentored by trained educators who guide them every step of the way. At the end of the program, you’ll also receive a certificate of internship, which adds value to your academic and career profile.

Most importantly, this pathway connects smoothly to our Government-recognized 3-year Teacher Training Program after 12th, ensuring that what you start here can grow into a full-fledged career in education.
